Horrid. He sells a product and then won't service it. Call and leave a message and he ignores them. Actually took offense that the filter he installed might have a problem. Don't waste your time. Go to Pinch a Penney; they not only answer the phone, they are pleasant to talk to AND will help you solve your problem over the phone if they don't have anybody available.
