Kyle and Mark were very friendly and professional.They answered all my questions and gave me solid expertise advice. They were fast and efficient. They did amazing work. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Tyler went above and beyond by advocating for me and calling the other company for their technician’s incorrect diagnosis. Tyler fixed our thermostat with new batteries. He is the guy you need for your plumbing and heating services. The other company that came before him suggested me to replace our furnace after just few minutes of looking the furnace.
Had a furnace installed last week of December. They were fast and efficient and got the job done. Stuck to the original price as quoted. So far so good .
In October 2024, I needed to get the DVCA pressure valve installed into my basement. When they came out to install it, they ended up cracking the main water line pipe leading into the house. They had to come back on a later date once the water to the house was turned off. They sent me a $600 bill to fix that broken pipe that they broke in the First place. I don't feel it was fair that I needed to pay for their second visit to the house. Not happy! You'll be finding a different company in the future for my plumbing needs!
