The manager is very rude and hung up on me when she refused to answer a question about the stairs going down from the pool into the building. There is no way to see if someone is coming out of the door when someone is standing at the bottom of the stairs, entering the door code. Unfortunately we had a terrible accident and requested that this situation be addressed. The manager refused to tell me if this has been addressed or not.
