I was a bit nervous about my visit because of all of these reviews but I am truly shocked at all of the negativity! The receptionist and everyone working here was so kind and went above and beyond. Dr Laura Riley is amazing! Would highly recommend this clinic.
I saw Dr. Lipkowitz for a while. She is a very traditional doctor who dismissed my symptoms instead of working with me to try and figure out what was wrong. Also, threatens to drop you as a patient if she finds out you use telehealth in a pinch. When I switched doctors, she tried to charge $100 to transfer my records.
Horrible experience, called to inquire about making an appointment for my wife, was asked for her birthday and last name, after I provided that the reception said "Oh she's not a current patient here"? I said no and she said "we don't take new patients here" CLICK, hung up...that was incredibly rude, I'll not only NOT recommend but I'll encourage everyone to go elsewhere!
