Dr. Zou, Dr. Chan, Dr. Ross, Dr. Lana and the other doctors whose names I unfortunately can’t recall, along with the entire front desk staff, have always been incredibly welcoming and supportive. They truly listen, validate my concerns, and handle everything with professionalism and care. I recently found this clinic. No problem with the reception staff. Surprisingly, good doctors they actually do something they don't send you away. They gave requisitions and sent me for tests simply they care. There are also kind doctors and in Vancouver. I have been around and saw how rude, incompetent, and dismissive doctors are in Vancouver.
