RecommendedLove going here, ever since they helped us set our tank up years ago. Earlier this year we upgraded our tank and had the same great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff that take the time to answer questions and explain different filtering methods, feeds, chemicals, etc to ensure our tank’s success. Always a warm welcome and a smile when we stop in.
Everything relating to freshwater and saltwater aquariums. These people have forgotten more than the majority of us will ever know about freshwater and saltwater aquariums. If you have a problem with your water, your plants a certain species of fish, just ask, chances are they can help. Amazingly clean aquariums, and super helpful and friendly staff. You won't find this knowledge at a big box store.
I do not know why Aquarium Pets has so many negative reviews. This is a great place. I have been doing business with them for about 8 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They run an extremely clean store. They have a huge selection of fresh and saltwater fish. They also have all the supplies you need. Going to Aquarium Pets is much better than the chain store pet shops. Give this place a try and you will be glad you did. They will help you beyond just the day of the sale.
Always get the best service! The animals all seem well cared for and happy and I often catch the owners showing the animals some love! Great place to go!
I've been going here for a couple years now, visiting at least once a week and I have not had even the slightest issue once. Every one of the employees is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Jim has gone out of his way for me more than once and I couldn't be more grateful. You can't get the service and friendly demeanor that this store has to offer at any other store. I will give Aquarium Pets my business as long as possible.
