Toilet itself is fine, and good price. Office / chat staff of Aquarina were fine. Zero stars for delivery, nothing arranged ahead of time and just left in our driveway when we were out of town. The only delivery contact attempts were literally when they dropped it off.
We popped in to inquire about heated towel bars and some other bathroom accessories. We dealt with the owner of the business who was gracious and extremely helpful. We did purchased the rack and will definitely return to purchase bathroom fixtures. I highly recommend Aquarina if you are looking for kitchen or bathroom fixtures. Customer service snd satisfaction is top priority for them.
