Our pool was turning green from lack of care from a previous pool service company. Mike was able to stablize the chemicals and remove a lot of the algae from the walls of the pool. The pool had a lot of algae. Aquapulco has been working hard to remove every inch of it. They are also recommending items for our pool that will keep in healthy and clean. No other pool company has given such quality service.
Response was timely and the technition was highly knowledgeable. Quickly assessed the problem, had the parts and repaired within 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and I would call on again for any pool and spa related problem
My swimming pool pump went out on a Friday morning and I needed a tech to get it operational. My pool guy couldn't come by but he suggested to call Mike the owner at Aquapulco. Mike was off island that day but was arriving in the afternoon. The receptionist said to put a work order together but wasn't sure if he could stop by. I get a call from Mike and said he'll be by around 4 pm. I was back up and running and my owners were happy. Big Mahalo's Mike. Your company and service is the best!
