Excellent Service every time! The staff that have serviced my pool are always friendly, polite, professional and on time. As a new pool owner, these guys are always helpful in answering ALL my questions and have given me great ideas on how to make my pool care easier. I highly recommend them.
Aqua-pro has been our pool maintenance company for 4 years. We were so pleased with their performance that we eliminated our pool monitors in preference for their cleaning services. Ariel is an excellent communicator and always passes along our needs to the owner Dylan and to Carrie who handles the daily cleaning maintenance. AquaPro has been our vendor of choice for the Huntington Hills HOA community pool for the past 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. They are in fact, the only repeat vendor we contracted with for the 2024/2025 season. We switched to Aqua Pros this year and have been very happy. They made several operational recommendations to us that we've taken them up on. In one case, they quoted a filter upgrade at half the price of the prior vendor. They seem to be more sophisticated about their approach to pools. So far, they're great!
