I called them about a warranty issue and they got back to me the following business day. FYI - Their retail location is now closed as of November 2024.
Great place for advice and service, but only when they are there. I’ve made multiple trips and they were closed during their normal business hours. Call first!
Ca lic 768494 one of their drivers was driving very dangerous and reckless almost ran me off the road and had no care or remorse continued to drive 90 mph on a two road high way in concord. I had to chase behind him up get his info . Reported to Chp also . Very unprofessional
One star is the most fitting rating for this pool service company. They turned my salt water in-ground spa in a chlorine mess. They actually added so much chlorine over a month that all of our swimsuits turned white and the leaves in the filter turned white; the chlorine was so high that they couldn't even read the water sample.
