Do not try ordering from here if you need to make a tax exempt purchase. SHORT story: I tried making a tax-exempt purchase and it required several sets of forms (more than normal), several email conversations with 3 people, four phone calls - with a confirmation that my purchase was tax free, yet I was still charged tax. It took another round of emails plus phone calls to get the tax reimbursed. They were too slow to do so, and I still had tax reflected on my monthly purchasing card statement.
