We purchased a shower/sauna unit (Tahitian Infrared Steam Sauna) from Aquapeutics in August 2023, and it has been a consistently frustrating experience. From early on, we dealt with multiple issues including leaking shower heads, drainage problems, and a sauna that never worked at all. Over time, things only got worse. The overhead shower failed more than once, additional components began leaking, and ultimately the valve/mixer failed—leaving us with only cold to lukewarm water. WE were told the tub was small enough to fit in a 7ft room space. BEWARE only if you have a huge bathroom to move around and fit it in will the tub once assembled fit into a small area and it is nearly impossible to do. We eventually cut a hole in the closet to be able to get behind the tub and complete all the hook ups. We called for instructions as the one for the Aspen on line were incorrect. . Great customer service from Mike,my beautiful tub had a leak and I needed a 3 way cartridge for my Venice tub a gorgeous tub and he informed me to email my request with pictures if I can After a few days of emailing with parts they knew exactly what I was talking about and emailed back right away stated that it was all taking care of and I had my part within a few days.
