Sold me a low quality product via Bathroom Sales Direct. Poor service when queried whether the tapware chips were a product fault, as this hasn't happened with my other brands black tapware. This is way below standards of other providers unfortunately. No solution offered for my chipped, cheap looking bathroom mixer unfortunately.
I gather that finding this place would be like finding a needle in a haystack for most people. The reception and the warehouse crew are also very difficult to work with for pickups when an order is made on the same day.
I had had one interaction with a male rep from this company, his name escapes me. A big gentleman with a beard, easily the worst experience I have ever had with a business, his blatant contempt for the people he was dealing with and the complete disregard for the impression he left on others witnessing the interaction was dumbfounding.
Nice showroom and helpful staff. I like their product design and the warranty is great.
