I had a fantastic experience with Jenny today! (true old school care and kindness). her service was fast, professional, and friendly from start to finish. she went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. I highly recommend Aquaperla and will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!
Jenny has the best attitude and always service with a smile !! She’s awesome we need more Jenny’s in customer service !
Sold me a low quality product via Bathroom Sales Direct. Poor service when queried whether the tapware chips were a product fault, as this hasn't happened with my other brands black tapware. This is way below standards of other providers unfortunately. No solution offered for my chipped, cheap looking bathroom mixer unfortunately.
