If you need help with cleaning your tank stay far far away from this company. I’d give negative stars if I could. I’m in the Appleton Wisconsin area so whatever region of this company that is.I hired this company to help with a hair algae problem in one of my saltwater tanks. I was on there bi weekly schedule. The tank showed improvement after there first cleaning. That is where the improvement stopped. Not an aquarium shop for general fish tank supplies! It's in a commercial warehouse, and if you try to buzz in, the staff are rude and hangs up. When I buzzed a second time, the guy said this isn't a store, they get confused customers all of the time. I can't speak to the aquarium services they actually do provide. and they've tried to tell Google Maps multiple times. I had to give a star review, and gave them 3 stars because they were so rude when I tried to clarify what they do.
