I am a runner living in France and I have been using Geigerrig bags and reservoirs for running for years before the company became Aquamira. I bought an Aquamira 2L Pressurized Reservoir on June 28, 2025 on Amazon. I used this bags last summer and two days ago I wanted to use my bag but I couldn't because it was leaking. I reached out to Aquamira and sent them , as requested, the proof of purchase and a video showing my bag leaking. Be careful of the liquid water treatment that uses chlorine in one of it's two bottles. That bottle will crumble after some time and leak dangerous chlorine all over the place. I had 5 treatment kits and every one of them has a crumbled bottle that used to contain chlorine in it and the chlorine has leaked over several articles of clothing and a backpack. All ruined. There should be a warning about the danger...and the room now smells like a swimming pool.
Apparently no one works here. I ordered a reservoir directly from the website but it was broken. No one will get back to me on my multiple contact attempts from different contact types. It’s been months and I’ve heard nothing back and it appears to be a business that was sold to a company that merely keeps the website up, sends products out, but doesn’t care about the customer and wastes their money.

Great products and great company. Had a minor issue and was well taken care of. I highly recommend this company & their products.
