The winter cover that Auqamatic East Coast installed last fall was such a blessing to us this winter! Why did we wait so long to get one? We also have an automatic cover that they install, repair and maintain - we've been a very satisfied customer for many years. Josh and Kristen truly care about their customers. Thank you!
Good work but over the top expensive. $1133 for 2hr 20min (about $100 was parts)
Love the pool cover, but the warranty on the Little Giant Pool Cover Pump, provided by Aquamatic, is horrible. $51 to mail the defective pump back and $35 to mail the replacement pump to me. $86 I had to pay for a warranty covered item. Something is wrong with this picture! The warranty was provided by Aquamatic. I did not got through the pump manufacture. Aquamatic directed I mail the pump back to them and they are the ones that charged the to and from shipping charges. I understand pumps sold after mine are warrantied dire... read more
