So close to the beach, the walk was only a few minutes! but there is no AC at this property so it did get pretty hot. We slept with windows and doors open and the shuttle train is heard at all hours of the night. We loved the room though!
Loved the very spacious clean room. You could see the beach from your balcony. It literally had everything you would need in the room except AC. I was surprised to see that there was no air. There was heat but AC. The room was very warm. We left the windows and doors open hoping to cool it down. It was really muggy. Granted there was a tropical storm while we were there. Tbh, the only good thing about this place is the location, views and size of the room you get. My downsides: 1. The rule of “if your room takes longer than 1 hr to clean additional fees will incur” that’s dumb. I think a clean room at minimum with sweeping and mopping included should take 1-2hrs. 2. The floors are filthy. If you walk around barefoot your feet get black. On top of that, God forbid you drop a towel on the floor, your towel is now black… and u better hope you can wash it off in the pay to use washer and dryer d... read more
Accessibility/medical circumstances: During our stay, my husband was injured On the steps inside the unit and we ended up going to the ER and two urgent care facilities. Despite his condition, our unit required navigating multiple flights of stairs, including exterior stairs and additional stairs within the building. We ultimately had to check out three days early because of the circumstances. We explained all of this to the staff when we checked out and specifically raised our concerns about accessibility.
