I hired Chad to supposedly maintain my pool and deal with the fact that it kept losing water. I paid for the leak report. Chad told me he had solved the problem and charged me for it. Three days later, the water was out of the pool again, and when I attempted to contact him, he completely disappeared. Not only is he unprofessional, his skills are marginal.
