Deceptive Pricing!! Beware!! While I would have been happy to leave a positive review based on Nic's service, I have to say, I was caught way off guard by, & unhappy with, their pricing. When I originally spoke to Nic, I was told they charged $100 for a service call, which included 1 hour of labor. When he finished my motor replacement within 1 hour, I expected the charges to be somewhere around the $100 I wast told. Imagine my surprise when he told me they were "Only" going to charge me $300!! We apologize our pricing did not exceed your standards but are pleased to hear that Nic's customer Service was Great! Dana is currently on vacation and has little to no access to his phone but I did reach out to him regarding your concern and he advised me that when he is back in town. He and Nic will construct better pricing strategies to express to our customers. He will be in touch with you soon.
I have called them 2 x and sent 2 text in the last 48 hours. No returned calls or text. Guess they don’t want referrals.
