He took the time to clearly explain the drainage problem, which turned out to be on the city side, and walked me through the options for fixing it. I really appreciated his polite manner, straightforward advice, and professionalism. I definitely plan to use Aqualux again in the future for any plumbing repairs or projects I may have.
