Customer Service is rude!! If I run out of water early they dont contact to let me know when they will deliver IT, if they do its so rude and inconvenient for them!! Drivers are excellent kind and informative however, the Customer. Service I AM OVER!! TIME TO MOVE ON!!
For whatever reason the delivery person can't count past 3. I've called after almost every delivery.. the secretaries wrote it down and put it in my file but yet for some reason tge delivery person doesn't do it which means he's also not check/inspecting system.... the service has dramatically gotten worse... it's not even laughable anymore...
Cannot recommend Aquality Solutions enough!! They are fast to respond and friendly. Especially Tracy! He was super helpful and friendly. He fixed our issue right away and responded to a message a few days later when we were having a different issue. Aside from being super professional and kind, he is also just a great person chat with. Very personable. Will definitely be keeping a maintenance plan with them for future checks! -Kaysee
