We have been going back and forth with this company for far too long trying to get my parents’ hot tub repaired, and unfortunately, it has been an extremely frustrating experience. Tom Shupe has not only been unprofessional but down right rude to say the least I was sold a seven year old pellet stove that was extraordinarily over priced I chose to buy the stove anyway because this was all they had to chose from at the time and I was desperate for extra heating in my home I was told through my insurance agent that if I chose to have a pellet stove it would need to be professionally installed for my home to be insured Tom and his crew installed the stove and I was happy to have the extra heating in my ho... read more

I am disgusted. Guy came and told us the motor was bad on our gas fireplace which I told them on the original phone call. He said he’d order the part and get back to us. We’ve been dealing with this since September trying to get someone to come to the house. After MANY phone calls and getting told I’ll call you back and most time never get a call back. We called for service on our old heater, Herbie worked on it & it worked for less than 15 minutes. $178 So then my husband purchased a new one,$2200. It didn’t have a fan, we ordered one from Amazon,$60. It didn’t have a thermostat to regulate heat, $378. It was defective & they said they’d get a new one & replace it. It’s October & still not fixed. Multiple unanswered phone calls, no return phone calls, been to the shop twice, have talked to the woman working there 3 times.
