We called for service on our old heater, Herbie worked on it & it worked for less than 15 minutes. $178 So then my husband purchased a new one,$2200. It didn’t have a fan, we ordered one from Amazon,$60. It didn’t have a thermostat to regulate heat, $378. It was defective & they said they’d get a new one & replace it. It’s October & still not fixed. Multiple unanswered phone calls, no return phone calls, been to the shop twice, have talked to the woman working there 3 times. I recently got a new natural gas fireplace and had the chimney repaired. Tom, Herbie and crew did an amazing job. Looking forward to being warm this winter. Definitely recommend using their services. They are absolute experts in their products and services.

If only I too, could give them zero stars! I had a new liner installed by them two years ago, used 1 1/2 swimming seasons, and was very happy. This year when I opened the pool in the spring, a floating liner. I have called them several times, left several messages to get it repaired. Zero, zilch, nada. They will NOT return my calls. After spending literally thousands with them, you would think I would get some attention but apparently that means nothing to them. I called Aquality on the 20th after running into issues with another pool company. They immediately said “we can make your day” and they came out that day, they came multiple times this week just to make sure I had everything I need and were super easy to work with. I feel like they went above and beyond their call of duty. They even made sure I knew how to work everything (pump, heater, etc.) before they left. The best part was I didn’t have to be there as they worked :)

If I could give zero stars that would still not be good enough. When I say stay away from this company I mean it. I thought they had made things right after our last encounter where they took my check for a few thousand and ghosted me but then this is what we found when we opened our pool from Tom and Herbie’s “winterizing”. Trust me. Just don’t.
