What a joke this company is… Brought a jacuzzi from them. Jets exploding water everywhere. Did finally come and so called fixed it. Brought 2 pellet stove from them back in April excuse after excuse why they can’t come and set up. It is now the end of November stove still sitting in rooms waiting to be put up . So happy I have other way to heat house because we would be freezing. Still excuses but got there 18 thousand dollars. Would not recommend this company to anyone. My family paid to have a pool installed and they have yet to install it 4-5 months later. They requested a refund and they were told by Tom they were waiting on a check to come in and they would send out a check this past Tuesday. They have been trying to get a refund for over a month and have yet to receive it.
Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Literally no communication whatsoever. Empty promises of install dates after you call every other month to see where you stand on the “list”. Tough to get ahold of. Could not tell people more to stay away from this joke of a so called business. I was able to get a refund and part ways. They wasted 6 months of my time, and a summer my boys cannot swim at their own house.
The cheapest place I’ve ever been to for pool & hot tubs and the help was unbelievable they really help you
