Be wary with buying from Esperanza Homes. Homes are put up fast and corners are cut. We’ve been in our home for more than a year and we are desperately trying to get warranty work complete. We get told next week and when that week goes by we get told next week. Or they are waiting on a decision. We have stairs that are completely warped and almost unusable due to a high trip hazard.
