I went to refill my water gallons and brought my child with me. My kid was pressing the buttons to help me, and instead of addressing me directly, the owner insinuated to another customer that my child had broken the machine. This was upsetting because the machine wasn’t working properly even before my child touched it. I find this unprofessional and very disappointing. As a customer, I would have appreciated honesty and direct communication rather than being spoken about behind my back. Definitely not coming back.
