My concrete was left hollow and almost to the point of caving. It has been an on going fight with Val/Chris since I advised of this soon after the job was complete. I was told their workers went back to El Salvador. The pool thus far has been ok the concrete not even subpar. It’s kinda scary not knowing when it will completely crumble under myself or my kids and cost me a bit to even get a temporary fix. Its an air pocket on the side of the deck where the forms meet. You contacted me about it on Friday. We didn't answer you until Monday or Tues. Within a week you disputed your CC payment. Aqualeisure is the way to go! if you are considering a pool, go to their website to see their price list. They are the only ones that put the prices out there. Full transparency! And the consultation is very informative and low pressure. They build the pool in two weeks, literally! Fast and high quality. We enjoyed our pool very much over the past few years. it has already created countless family memories.

Fixed a lot of lazy and cheap work done by another company so that everything is wire correctly and working as designed!
