We inherited this pool they that built by purchasing our home in 2018. We had an amazing Viking Fiberglass pool with Auto pilot salt chlorinator, infloor cleaning system and deck jets. As much as I loved all those luxury features, I am shocked at the way this pool was installed! There is no Jandy handle near the pump to control the suction or separation of the main drain and skimmer. Been trying to reach them for weeks, they don't answer the phone they don't return calls or emails. they are on record as active but dont take customer calls. They are the company who built my pool prior to me owning the home i'm in, i only know this cause of the county who told me to call them, but I cant get them on the phone or email to talk to them.
