Avoid ! We had Braeden to repair a leak in our pool pipe. In doing so he severed a live electric cable and did not tell us. This damage was denied by Aqualeak, though later acknowledged by them. Aqualeak claimed that our electrical conduit was illegal but our electrician has confirmed that this is not the case, Work was untidy and underground pipes were left exposed and not covered by soil. Dealing with the owner of AquaLeak Detection, has been a nightmare. Dealing with Steve Palmer is like trying to hold onto the tail of an eel. Having a conversation with Steve is challenging. He is evasive, aggressive and does not return your calls. I found Steve to be totally unprofessional, and it was clear that Steve (AquaLeak Detection) clearly put financial profit first and customer service a very low second. Michael came and found our first leak within thirty seconds, then checked every square inch of the pool to find another leak. I had previously gotten 2 other guys out to find my problem without any luck at all. Very relieved not to worry about losing any more water. These guys I highly recommend.
Matt from Aqua Leak is great. Prompt, clear in his communication, kind, courteous and professional. On top of that he managed to identify the source of the leak (around the pool light) and fix it in the first visit while performing a comprehensive test of the entire system, pipes and all. I wouldn't hesitate engaging Aqualeak again and would highly recommend them for those with a dreaded pool leak. Thanks Matt.
