We haven't seen such superb service on "anything" for years and years. Joe and Tyler came to our rescue early on a Friday evening while we were stranded....boat wouldn't start after it was fueled at Stardust. Their professionalism is beyond reproach! Tyler checked things out....we got it running...he took to the their Norris location and returned it early Saturday afternoon after a full check up. Joe called to fill me in. Joe & Aquaknox Marine provides unparalleled service on Lake Norris along with Tyler and others. We experienced a problem on a Friday evening at Stardust Marina and their service rep showed up in a timely fashion to check everything out. Got the boat running and took it back to their LaFollette location to check it out and brought it back early Saturday afternoon. We haven't seen this kind of service on "anything" for years and years. In short, buy on the water at Aquaknox Marine. Thanks Joe and Tyler.

My next boat will be from Aquaknox Marine. My parents recently purchased a Harris pontoon from them, and I made the mistake of purchasing a boat elsewhere. The service that they receive is top notch. Everytime we go into Shanghai we talk to Bryan , he knows us all by name. Even though I purchased my boat elsewhere, they will still bend over backwards for me and service my Mercury engine. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and their continued service. We bought a 2020 Vortex 203 VRX from Trent about a month ago. They treated us respect, honesty, gave us a great deal and everything with a smile. Joe and the service team did a fantastic job with the upgrades we added to our new boat. Aquaknox continues to service our second pontoon we purchased from them three years ago. We coulnd't be happier with the service department.
