Our boat was dead in the water at the marina. The service director came down and personally jumpstarted the boat. Excellent customer service and much appreciated.
We were down for our second week of the summer this week and had a IAC Valve go out. Called on Tuesday had us pull up to Shanghai on Wednesday morning first thing, replaced it while I waited and we were back out on the lake before 11 am that day.. Dalton and the technician saved the week and were super helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend!! I will call them first when I’m ready for our next boat or need service while at Norris.
Fantastic boat buying experience, highly recommend. Logan did a great job at delivery explaining everything
