We installed our Aquakleen system more than four years ago. The installation process was simple and the maintenance is a breeze. Once a year we get a call from their customer service group asking about the system and if we need anything. The water in the filtering system is great drinking water and the water softener for the house is amazing. Everyone who takes a shower at our home comments on how soft their skin feels afterwards. Not even 1 star, is there a NEGATIVE -1 rating? – Terrible service! We dropped a ton of money on this filtering system. Best thing we got out of it was the FREE COOKWARE set! About 2 months after forking over about 5k (4700 and some change) we got a letter from their finance company they wouldn't be representing AquaKleen, THEN we got a letter from AquaKleen to the effect of our legislator would like to place some type of ban on these water systems that would basically mean if passed we'd be SOL!
