We have been Aqua Jet customers for over 30 years and through out that period the service provided has been superb.
Aqua Jet constructed our pool in 1985 and have been opening and closing our pool for the past 40 years. Always did a great job!
I've bought two hotsprings hot tubs from aquajet and have received excellent service from them. They have come out promptly to resolve issues and honored the warranty and also offered free extended phone support when I was learning the ins and outs of managing my water chemistry. They are the best!
They fired the only person over 21 working on the sales floor, 4 out of 4 people behind the counter who aren’t Debbie are under the age of 22…can’t imagine why a business prioritizes young people, but good luck to anyone who goes there *Also it’s a new owner, in case you didn’t hear*
Caitlin did a wonderful job helping me get the best spa for me and my family!
