Zach and the team at Aqua Jet Pools did a great job determining my needs, listening to my requirements, and delivering what I asked for. The delivery and installation by the Aqua Jet crew went very smoothly. I highly recommend Aqua Jet Pools and Spas!
Zach and the folks at Aqua Jet were a fantastic crew with which to work. No sales pressure, no pushing to get me to buy a higher priced hot tub, just an honest conversation to find the best tub for our family. Delivery was handled with an equal level of care and professionalism. Once the tub was connected, there was an issue with a setting that was a problem on my end, but Zach was quick to respond and walk me through a solution. I would highly recommend Aqua Jet to be at the top of your hot tub search!
I have bought two spas from Aquajet over the last 20 years. My current spa has needed repair since April, they have been to my house twice to attempt repairs and charged me around $700 with no results. When I call, no one gets back to me. When I stop in the store it sometimes helps but now five months later still no working tub. It seems they don’t have enough knowledgeable staff for repairs.
We have been Aqua Jet customers for over 30 years and through out that period the service provided has been superb.
Aqua Jet constructed our pool in 1985 and have been opening and closing our pool for the past 40 years. Always did a great job!
