The apartments are very spacious! Very quiet community. I really like it here. The property manager, Sulma is very caring and understanding.
My one bedroom is large, with lots of natural light. Charming garden community. The staff are the most professional, courteous people you could hope for. From the office, to the grounds and maintenance crew. Top-notch staffing all around!
I have lived here for almost seven months. The office staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. They are simply outstanding! The maintenance, groundskeeping and custodial staff are excellent! The Aquahart Manor complex is quiet, safe and peaceful. Policies and rules are vigorously enforced. Aquahart Manor is the best kept secret in Glen Burnie Maryland.
Approaching two years in this community, I truly have enjoyed my experience living here. Aquahart Manor Apartments definitely have a stellar representative in property management with Ms. Sulma. She is very actionable on taking care of issues within the community, and, within reason, she is very understanding of life’s challenges with her tenants.
