Lived here for almost 8 years and the place have turned into the projects. After management was changed they allow poor people who are former drug addicts in on social service programs. There was a recovering drug addict who turned to cigarettes and would smoke all day and night. The smoke went through the vents and cause me breathing issues. I am asthmatic. The office staff, maintenance staff, and custodial employees are top notch. All areas are well maintained and complex rules are vigorously enforced. Aquahart Manor remains one of the best apartment complexes in Anne Arundel County Maryland.
I have lived on the community for over 20 years. It's a great place to live.
The apartments are very spacious! Very quiet community. I really like it here. The property manager, Sulma is very caring and understanding.
My one bedroom is large, with lots of natural light. Charming garden community. The staff are the most professional, courteous people you could hope for. From the office, to the grounds and maintenance crew. Top-notch staffing all around!
