I called this company for a waterproofing estimate. Instead of immediately trying to sell their service, they first inspected the issue carefully. After checking everything, they honestly told me that waterproofing was not necessary because the concrete above the foundation was the real problem. AquaGuard Injection & Waterproofing did an excellent job fixing a crack in my basement foundation wall. Their technician, Luc, was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly before and during the repair. He installed a carbon fiber stitch to ensure the wall won’t move and provided a 25-year warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work. The team showed up on time. Was very polite, and personable. I showed them where the crack was and they got straight to work. They happily explained the process to satisfy my curiosity. I hopefully won't need to use them again. But if I do, I'll definitely call them again.
Needed (again) a basement wall crack to be fixed asap. Due to havy rains this summer, we started to get water in the basement. Not a lot, but enough to worry. I opened the drywall where I saw water hgetting in, and of course, there was a crack. Jeff did a fantastic job. He figured the crack continued all the way up close to the ground level and opeed the wall above the basement staircase. It took a few hours, since the injection process had to be repeated 3 times.
