Treats all customers with equal grace very happy with the service over many years. Thankyou.
I've been a customer with Aquaglow Waterbeds for over 40 years and I cannot say a bad word against them. I have just placed an order with them and within 2 days of placing it my order was in my hands. Excellent Service
ordered a replacement waterbed mattress , i had been pondering for nearly a year but after a long informative conversation with adam we made a decision and hey presto i can not get out of bed anymore .... im in love with my new mattress . delivery was the following day and was cheaper than i had originally thought so bonus all round . will recommend
Excellent company to deal with, Adam is so friendly and knowledgeable and products are usually despatched same day for next day delivery. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a waterbed or related products.
Want an awesome company if only other companies were as good at customer service. I acquired a waterbed and needed some new sheets but was unsure of what waterbed I had. The chap on the phone went through telling me what I needed to look at so I would know my bed and what to order. With this info on Friday at 1630hrs I ordered online and by 1200hrs Saturday they were delivered ! Thank you,I will definitely be using them again.
