Reached out for an estimate on a pool cover. Initial phone call was impersonal, very non-customer service, but I followed the directions to measure my pool, take pictures and send to them in order to complete the estimate; 10 days later, no response, no estimate, no way I can recommend this service which apparently has been in business for many years serving Arizona. Disappointed.
