So impressed with Eric Aasen: we had trouble with our main pump motor and he helped diagnose and fix the problem in no time at all, and he stayed to help talk us through some options for caring for our tub and answered all of our questions as first time hot tub owners! Super helpful and knowledgeable, wonderful to work with!

Unfortunately I only remember the name of one person the crew that delivered and setup my hot tub but the experience was painless, interesting, and exciting. Eric Aasen installed, setup, then walked me through my new tub. He was thorough and helpful. Tub's been working great since then.
Excellent, reasonably priced service by Goran Jandric yesterday. Great to have our spa heater restored.
Excellent service! Paul and his team moved a tub to a new location for us and Matt came back to set it all up. Techs were very professional and knowledgeable and Matt gave us a lot of tips for setting up and maintaining the water and the plumbing. Highly recommend these guys for any hot tub needs.
