Eric Aasen was our service person today and did an excellent job. He figured out why we were having problems with our spa and replaced our heater right away. He figured out our Internet connection problem and advised us exactly what to tell our electrician. Great, fast, friendly service.
Eric and Paul just delivered & installed my new hot tub, and did an excellent job. They were friendly and maneuvered the tub into position in just the right spot on my back patio. They got everything hooked up and going, and Eric explained the system and the how to check levels and balance the water. Very seamless overall, thank you! Update: Just had a repair visit from Eric, and, as always, he was friendly and solved my problem. Thank you!
This is what service should be like. Cannot say enough great things about the crew at AquaFun. Devin and the service team have been amazing to help me with my hot tub woes, going above and beyond to ensure I had the parts necessary to keep my old tub running well. Fast, friendly, clear, and fair. They have my business for life.
