Eric and Paul did a great job installing our new Arctic Spa. Helpful and professional. We had an Arctic Spa at our last place. Easy choice to go Arctic Spa again.
Devin and Monika were great to deal with and are very knowleable about salt water hot tubs.
We called Aquafun for some maintenance on our Arctic Spas tub. The technician, Eric Aasen, was professional, highly knowledgeable and communicative in explaining what he was working on regarding the various spa components and why. Highly satisfied with the work and the results.
Today we had Eric Aasen come out to service our Arctic Spa. Although there were issues to overcome that weren't in the work order, Eric did a great job fixing everything regardless! He made time for us and went above and beyond - and we really appreciate it. Goran was also very helpful throughout the process. Thanks so much!
Eric and Monica were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions! Really appreciate the support, would totally recommend these guys for your spa needs
