Monica is very helpful, patient and professional. She even called me before going on vacation when she hadn't heard back to make sure all was A-Okay which it was because I followed her advice. Two thumbs way up.
We recently moved to the Northern Gulf Islands and inherited a Spa Boy hot tub in our purchase. One of the main jet water lines had a leak in it and needed to be repaired. Goran and Monica were very helpful in getting the parts we needed and the instructions to do the repair ourselves. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided!
EDIT: AQUAFUN RESPONDS TO BAD REVIEWS AND SAYS "WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT" BUT THEN DOESN'T RESPOND TO SUBSEQUENT CALLS AND EMAILS. NOTHING BUT LIP SERVICE! TERRIBLE. We bought a new spa cover from Aquafun for $900. We got it home and the straps to clip it down are way too long, and can't be adjusted. I called Devin at Aquafun to ask about this, no answer so I left a voicemail. No response so a week later I email him. Weeks pass with still no response.
