Paul and Charles did a great job of delivering, setting up and teaching me about the new hot tub
I recently had AquaFun Spas & Service out to repair our hot tub and couldn't be happier with the experience. Monica, who's part of their Service Team, was exceptional with the logistics. She was professional, patient, and very caring while getting everything coordinated. The technicians, Duncan and Charles, were equally impressive. Have dealt with the service side of this company and location over the last few years. Great knowledge, they have gone above and beyond to help with my older hottub systems from bench work, parts, supplies and advice. Unfortunately there has been a corporate decision to not to any more bench testing or in-house service work from this location anymore. I asked if they did work on jetted tubs, but they don't. Though they did give me good advice on how to fix the leaking joints on this brand new tub(from wayfair.) I took the jo... read more
I’ve been in this store 3 times now. Greeted by a very knowledgeable and very honest employee. Devin has solved my issues every time. No need to go anywhere else👍
We just had regular maintenance done on our hot tub. The technician Eric went above and beyond the hot tub looks brand new!
