I contacted Jurassic as my Furnace / AC / Thermostat completely stopped working. They accommodated my request to have the issue looked at the day of. They diagnosed the issue and were excellent in communication, updating me as the day went on. The problem was a small inexpensive switch which had malfunctioned. They came over the following morning to install the switch and ensure everything was working properly. The issue was when I saw how much I was charged on the bill.
