Always reliable. Excellent customer relations. I have dealt with them on a few occasions and every time Mike was responsive and easy to get a hold of. Very quick to set up an appointment. The plumber shows up on time, is always professional and considerate. Work quality so far has been perfect.
Charging a call out fee and labour for a 15 minute job of fixing a loose wire is gouging in my opinion. I understand the call out fee as you need to pay your technician but paying $240 for a loose connection is ridiculous, especially when they didn't even show up the first day and tried to reschedule for a second time.
