We've been going here for years and no matter how hard we screw up our tub - these guys can fix it. We have been on the bi-weekly plan for a year and it saves us so many headaches. Highly recommend for hot tubs and saunas.
We got things sorted out and I was happy when I was able to speak to the manager about getting the hot tub looked at. I really appreciate how Steven was able to address our concerns and make things right. I would definitely trust them with my business for a bigger purchase in the future.
These guys literally can’t organize themselves at all to come out and fix a simple problem. Part of the problem is the website obviously doesn’t book you at all or they have no regular technician. Their hours of operation are so limited you can’t get ahold of them easily either. When I asked 2 months ago about the assessment they said they were there but couldn’t find the report. I would recommend just having someone in Calgary do the job.
These fine folks have been instrumental in my family’s enjoyment of Canmore since we first established residency in 1997. When Hugh J. Benham and Mom decided after retirement to build their dream home, I believe I was the most adamant that if I was coming out it must have a hot tub. I have been a Beachcomber fan ever since!
