Tengo problemas con el filtro desde haces meses y no tengo solución, llamo nadie a tiende tengo una garantía de 25 años y el filtro no me sirve

Me encanta todo todo todo de esta planta... Mi niño tenia eczema y se le ha limpiado la piel completamente. Cuando lo bañaba no sabia lo que le restaba haciendo a su piel y su cuerpecito hasta que me hicieron el análisis del agua y vi lo mal que estaba y sucia que estaba antes. Ahora hasta me sabe más rica cuando la tomo de la llave. Todo muy bien lo recomiendo!

Me desintalaron el sistema y me han dejado poca fuerza de agua en toda la casa , y los llamo para que repondan por eso o por lo menos que me digan que debemos hacer y ni siquiera nos responden , para vender Te funden el telefono , pero para reparar algo que fueron los responsables ni te contestan , diganme si eso puede ser una compañia seria ????

If I could give them ZERO stars I would, but since I have to click on something, I may as well give 1, but it’s against my choice. I would give them 5 stars IF they had kept their word, but they are such liars. I have a product that broke down and I’ve been buying my own water for over one month. I’ve called them numerous times and they ALWAYS tell me they’ll be sending someone over, but no one as yet has come. Estoy feliz de haber tomado esta decision. Con mi esposo demoramos un par de dias en decidir tomar el sistema, pero luego de hacer cuentas reales revisamos que es verdad que gastamos mucho dinero en agua enbotellada y jabones llenos de quimicos. La casa paraba llena de medias botellas que al final nadie setomaba. No solemos entrar a programas o comprar ofertas. Tomamos nuestro tiempo siempre buscando lo mejor, asi se costoso si lo merecemos. It was a decision not very easy to opt for a team for my entire house, but I can say that I am more than satisfied. I stop my wife's hair loss and my daughter's ecxemas too. Very dissatisfied. I purchased a whole house water system with this company and the ONLY positive thing that I can say is that they surely hurried to put through financing! This has been a nightmare of an experience. They did not properly test the water. I am on a private well and they installed an equipment fit for city water.
