My boyfriend purchased a Joe Rodeo watch from this company via Mercari. Upon openening his packaging he noticed how it was missing the two bands as advertised. Not a huge issue. Upon further inspection he noticed that the inner circle of the bezel was gold when he ordered a silver watch; which is loose and causing the watch to not work at all. Horrible customer service regarding a previous purchase and when inquired about the broken watch straps and the manufacturer's phone number, the person I spoke with was very unhelpful and rude From employee or owner "Customer bought a $30 watch 12 years ago. Now he want to exchange it. Watch has 1 year warranty".
