I just had Aqua Craft come to do my pool closing - when I first got the quote it was one price and I told whoever took the call exactly what needed to be done when the technicians showed up they started adding additional costs and were extremely rude. They called the main office and was receiving information on how to lower the water and how far! My husband said have you done this before and they said WE ARE OUT OF HERE and left without doing the service. The lack professionalism was off the charts. Do not hire this company!
