We have a three year old pool and used aqua care for weekly pool services from the beginning. Last year we converted to salt water (always the plan) We were never told by aquacare that we needed a winter ph water check (i now know that my friends with other pool services do a winter ph check) This summer, the entire lining of my pool had significant calcification - my kids were bleeding from rubbing against the sides of my pool. If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule an appointment for pool opening. I was given an appointment for Thursday. They never showed up. Not even with so much as a call to let me know the appointment was not going to happen. I called them twice and left a voicemail requesting an update.....nothing. Ironically enough when I called to make the initial appointment and left a voicemail, my call was returned in less than five minutes. Terrible customer service and unreliable at best. We have made multiple contacts with Jeanie, Marcus and Chris over the last 2 months concerning the opening of our pool and possible leaks. We kept getting reassurances that Chris would contact us and never would. Supposedly came out to inspect for leaks (unbeknownst to us) and never contacted us with any feedback until we repeatedly called for information. Problem is still not addressed. Look elsewhere for pool service.
Worst costumer service, they have no clue what they're doing I called to make an appointment 2 weeks later I call several times and finally the lady in the office picked the phone and said there's no appointment for me that day, don't waste your time with these people please. CALL SOMEWHERE ELSE
