The therapists were great. HOWEVER, the billing staff/dept is horrible. The company is not trustworthy. I was given a quote at the start of my therapy then received a large bill at the end of my therapy. The billing department was rude and unwilling to explain the bill. They also charged for 45 min for every session when I only stayed 30 min at most.
Great environment, all the therapists are very knowledgeable and caring. They were all a pleasure to work with. Connor was excellent and helped me tremendously. I have been to PT at several other places and never received such quality treatment. I would highly recommend this facility
