This company is not recommended. My pond chiller for koi ponds failed. They came out for 5 different service calls and charged each time for different reasons. The unit totally failed after 5 years of service. “The unit is not repairable” is now the latest they are informing me. Each time they repaired the unit and a few thousand dollars later they left and it failed again immediately. Terrible customer experience!!! Two months of dealing with this.
I live in Maryland and have had an Aquacal Superquiet heater/chiller for 13 years. In the last few years, given the age of the unit, I have had to have Aquacal service the unit for minor issues. Aquacal sends technicians from Florida to the region on 10 day increments. Every one of the Service Representatives has been knowledgeable and professional. Frustrating Experience with $7K Heater – Still Not Working Properly I purchased a brand-new AquaCal heater just a couple of months ago for nearly $7,000, expecting premium performance and service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the start, the unit wouldn’t connect to WiFi due to a faulty part. excellent customer service every time I contact them. trouble shooting and providing solutions at every obstacle. truly a pleasure to deal with.
Mr. Fabian Suarez did in excellent job with the service of my pool heater folks, he was on time extremely professional and explained in great detail all of the issues and the services he provided. Arrived early and had my system up and running in less than an hour, which is why he deserves 5 stars!!!
