Our experience with AquaCal was awesome from start to finish. From the moment we called and got scheduled to the time we met our technician, Josh Fort. Josh showed up and was so friendly and professional. He showed me the burnt out parts, replaced them and tested my system. He had it back up and running in less than an hour! I highly recommend AquaCal and Josh!

I purchased a SunBlazer model SB128AHDSBLA pool heater back in September 2021. 7 year warranty on parts, which is good as it has failed twice already and now this is the third time. Both times the control panel was shot. Last time was June 2024 and now 15 months later and it won't turn on. I didn't mind paying the service charge the first time and was a bit miffed paying it the second time, but now this is the third time this sucker has failed. Is it to much to ask for it to be done right the first time?

Technician Todd Forster was terrific. Everything a homeowner hopes for and expects in someone performing a service call. He was on time, very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He wasted no time in fixing the issue with my pool heater. I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone needing work done on their pool heater. Thanks Todd.
