Worse service & call center, 5-6 hr wait on hold. Went from 24 hr guarantee service response, when purchased, to 5 days to set a service response. Garbage company. Highly recommend staying away from this place. Unfortunately stuck with their service because we extended the warranty Never again. Every service call turns into a 2 week wait but wait they have to order the replacement part and schedule install date!
I needed to have control panel replaced on my AquaCal pool heater. I have inquired about it at the place where I have purchased it originally and I was told that part is covered by warranty but the installation was not covered.They also informed me that they will send a technician and the technician will be given all necessary information about the work to be done. Several weeks later a technician called stating he can come to install the part.When he came he was trying to sell me a different panel that would cost me $ 142. ... read more
Had service call from aqua cal Steve from Long Island did my repair. What a pleasure, got it up and going, one stop ,fast and affordable. Thank you for leaving company decal on unit, for emergency call. You guys make me look good. Thanks again great experience 6 stars if I could.
Update March 5 2024: Upgraded from 2 stars to 4 star review. February 2025, Heat pump was heating the pool to desired temp, hot tub would never reach desired temperature. Online service request- Customer support was terrific this time, prompt answered questions, arranged for tech appt, advised of warranty of labor and parts would be covered.
