I spoke to Justin couple days ago, he said he's the new operations manager but he really couldn't answer any of my questions about pools and when he did answer, it made no sense. It was a weird call he kept talking about things are going to get better there in the company moving forward and something about someone named Gibbons? I have no clue what he's talking about seeing as how I would be a new client and was just shopping around. Confusing first impression.

I’ve referred many people to see Tony. I hope they take care of Tony the way he takes care of the customers. Pls keep him working forever.
