Troy diagnosed and repair our pool pump very fast. Troy is very knowledgeable and able to take care of the equipment in a very efficient and professional manner.
Appointment scheduled for 9 - 12 arrival. Called at 12:30 and was told it was changed to 1:30. It is now 3;15 and nobody came or called. When I call the office I only get an answering machine. Wasted most of day sitting here. Can't rate the service because I haven't had any as yet. Follow up on service. Guy came, looked at it, saw the chlorinator was bad. They don't do warranty work on Jandy equipment so he left.
Amazing service techs and weekly pool service
Technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. They do an excellent job with weekly service. I have peace of mind knowing that the pool and equipment are taken care of even if I am not in town.
Our tech has been extremely conscientious, professional, and careful in treating our pool. We are very pleased with summer and the company’s commitment to service.
