This equipment is a complete scam, and the company should be ashamed. They advertise a 2–3 year warranty, but here in New Jersey, the device is only used for about 2 months a year. The worst part is that after 2 years, it starts having problems — even though it’s been used for a total of only about 6 months. There’s only one repair center in the entire state, so I had to drive an hour just to drop it off. I don't like to leave unfavorable reviews but I don't like being lied to either. I have used this shop on and off for the past 20 yrs and unfortunately they are one of the few repair shops that work on these pool vacs. I tested my unit before bringing it in and confirmed that I needed new drive belts and bushings. I sat in the waiting room as they pressured 3 customers before me with expensive repairs and "deals" for new units.
