Scam Scam Scam, This guy is unreliable and is scamming people left and right. He is no longer an authorized dealer and service center for any manufacturer and is why he is scamming people. I had him do a repair on a cable and said he did the repair. He said he didn’t have the cable and would come back with the new cable. Never came back and now my robot stopped working and i called him with no response. The worst thing is the unit is under warranty and he said he would take care of the warranty. This guy is not reliable. DO NOT USE HIM. He never got me the parts and my robot is broken.
got my robot with warranty. been calling the guy for almost a year for the repair. difficult to reach, really wish he would return a call or communicate.

Tal is an awesome person to deal with. Called him up for recommendations on a cleaner. Asked me a few questions about my pool and recommended the Dolphin S200. I shopped around 4 places, and he was very competitive with price. He even delivered the unit to my house on a Saturday morning and spent time to walk me through using it. For services, he will come to you as well. Customer service and knowledge does not get better than this!
