This business is terrible! I got a friend to buy a groupon with me, hoping that we could take a class together and they have not answered any of my calls, text, or email. I purchased this 9/9/21, today is 10/6/21, and still not a peep from them. I even went to the location only to find out that their no existent communication is a common occurrence. GET YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW, THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS!

I purchased the Groupon several months ago. I called a few times and no answer. Once I finally spoke to someone, I was told class was full. I was directed to make an appointment online but you can’t do that on Groupon. I called for months and never received an answer. I do not recommend.

I really enjoyed the experience until the epidemic happened and the company continues to charge me every month even with classes closed. I have emailed/ texted, and always get a response that you're getting reimbursed "today", and another one saying, "at end of the month". Always an excuse with no follow up. I don't even want to be a part of somthing I once really loved doing. It saddens me to see this is how they treat their clients.
