The gates drive me insane every single day. They’re always faulty and it’s always 30+ minutes waiting to get inside. It wasn’t like this before. In the last two years the gates are just worse and worse. it’s not only the hoa problem but some people don’t know how to work a keypad and there are days i’m stuck behind a single car for over half an hour ..
That man working at the gate is disrespectful!! I don't know how they have people like that working there!! What a rude way to call and speak to a resident!!
This association has closed the pool for 2 weeks now which is absolutely ridiculous. Today I came to swim, and as soon as I sat down - ready to go (as well as other people), the pool maintenance company poured chemicals right in front of my face which was totally on purpose. They looked at me humorously as I walked away. There is no reason why the pool should be closed this long and I’m inclined to report this HOA at this point. They closed down the pool again since Thursday! They have refused to fill it back up over the weekend which is actually crazy. It’s all on purpose and they do not care
