I called today to get help deciding on a diverter for my 5" round downspout. Despite not having a ready-made diverter for me to buy (nobody does!), Barry spent FORTY-FIVE minutes with me thinking through various solutions. At one point he even pointed me to a hardware store website and talked me through simple (cheap!) parts I could buy locally to do the trick. Ordered through Amazon from this guy/company he sent wrong product. Then he proceeded to act like me simply saying I was disappointed and requesting a discount was offensive to him. He told me his woes and never once considered me as an inconvenienced customer. I would suggest never purchasing from this company. He makes himself the victim and doesn't care about customers.
The person that wrote the reply to the Amazon Buyer is no longer with the company. We handle all issues quickly and per Amazon's current policies (which do change from time to time)
This vendor has real issues. My order (done through Amazon) was never delivered. So I opened a ticket with Amazon. The vendor stated I was responsible to go to the Post Office and track it down. I work during the day, so I contacted Amazon and they did that for me (as Amazon has good customer service). The Carrier came to my home today to tell me it was NOT delivered to my home, and that the Post Office GPS shows it went to a different home.
